Below is a price guide for our cleaning service. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the property, number of reception rooms, bath/shower rooms and whether carpet cleaning is required.

Three Bedroom Property - From £195
Four Bedroom Property - From £250
Five Bedroom Property - From £285

What's Included in the clean? - The price guide above is based on properties that are in reasonable condition and the provision of the following cleaning tasks: vacuuming carpets, vacuuming and mopping hard floors, dusting & cleaning woodwork (skirting boards, doors, frames, dado and picture rails), cleaning fixtures and fittings (switches, sockets), cleaning internal glazing and framework, cleaning external surfaces of cupboards and furniture (and inside of empty and accessible units), de-greasing and cleaning accessible kitchen surfaces and outside of appliances, cleaning of bathrooms/shower rooms, shining of taps, cleaning shower screens, removing cob-webs, dusting down walls and removing marks where permissible.
